New Orleans Wedding Cake

The flavors of a traditional New Orleans wedding cake. Almond white cake and a thin layer of pineapple filling. This may sound a little different, but boy does it taste so good. Pineapple pate de fruit, marzipan, and an almond white chocolate ganache. Wrapped in a white chocolate shell.
