Mom’s favorite! This Ganache is made  with a Felchlin Maracaibo Clasificado 65% dark chocolate. This chocolate is made from cocoa beans that are found in Venezuela near lake Maracaibo. The flavor profile contains hints of coffee, plum, cacao, orange blossom, cinnamon, and raisin notes. You will definitely enjoy this dark chocolate. Wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
