Coffee and Chicory Beignet

Coffee and Chicory Beignet-A very special blend of coffee and chicory from the World Famous Cafe du Monde in New Orleans is used to make a syrup. This sits on top of a brown butter ganache to mimic the taste of the beignet. Wrapped in a caramel chocolate shell.
