This is a real treat. 3 layers of deliciousness. First you have a house made Morello cherry pate de fruit. That is on a vanilla bean creamy white chocolate ganache. Finished off with a 65% dark chocolate ganache that has fruity notes. Wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
